Import a product

What the importer collects, what it leaves to you, and why nothing goes live automatically.

Applies to: Products - Import

How to import

  1. 1Find a product on a marketplace and copy its link.
  2. 2Paste the link into the import box and press Collect product.
  3. 3We read what the source allows and start processing in the background.
  4. 4When processing finishes, review the title, images and price, then publish.

Processing runs in the background, so you can close the app. Nothing is published to your store until you press Publish to Store.

What we read, and what we do not

We use official or authorised interfaces where they exist, and otherwise only the public, standards-based information a product page publishes for search engines. We do not bypass CAPTCHAs, logins, anti-bot systems or any other access control.

If a field cannot be obtained that way, the import box lets you type it in. Your value always wins, and the product keeps a note that you supplied it.

What processing does for you

  • Images: squared, compressed and converted to modern formats, then stored in your own storage so your storefront never depends on a supplier's image server.
  • Title: stripped of marketing noise and shortened to something readable on a phone.
  • Copy: rearranged into overview, key features, specifications, package contents and notes.
  • Price: calculated from your pricing rule, with profit shown before you publish.

Processing never invents facts. It cannot add a brand, certification, material or specification that was not in the source, and it never paints over logos or watermarks. Only publish images you have the right to use.
